Mature Scylla serrata broodstock are spawned in controlled conditions. Larvae progress through zoea, megalopa, and crab instar stages over 3-4 weeks. Crablets are nursery-reared in earthen ponds to reach 60-100g before transfer.
Crabs are transferred to individual vertical boxes or pond culture. RAS technology maintains optimal water quality with advanced filtration. Individual housing eliminates cannibalism. Organic feed at 8% body weight every 2-3 days ensures healthy growth.
Crabs monitored every 4 hours around the clock. Newly molted crabs are immediately transferred to aerated freshwater bath, then cleaned and chilled. Critical 4-5 hour window — shell hardening begins within hours of molting.
Crabs graded A (>90g, full legs), B (>90g, partial legs), or C (<90g). IQF frozen and vacuum packed individually. Cold chain maintained at -18°C from facility to destination. Complete export documentation including health certificates.
